Shipping policy

As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow two weeks for your order to ship. Customized orders may require longer lead times. 

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us at hello@pomelonyc.com to find out the item’s current availability. Opting for an expedited form of shipping will decrease the ship time but will not change the production time of the item.

In the case of all purchases and returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Sales tax
We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of New York. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

Domestic Shipping
Price varies based on location and will be calculated at checkout. All forms of domestic shipping are fully insured.

International Shipping
Many countries charge VAT or duties on imported goods so we recommend checking if you will be charged an import fee as we cannot be held responsible for any charges levied by your country of residence.
